Give us a call at 843-345-1321 any time of the day or night!  If we are not available when you call, we will definitely return your call within a reasonable amount of time!  Or you can e-mail us through this website.  Just go to the Contact Us section and you can send us a note.  Either way, we should get back to you within 24 hours, and usually much sooner!  Remember to be patient, because in this business you just never know what we have our hands in the middle of that prevents us from answering the phone! 

We will get some preliminary information from you so we can understand your needs and the special needs of your pet.  If you know the following information it would be very helpful: 

1) How many times per day you need us to come (once daily, twice daily, three times, etc). Think about your normal routines at home and decide what works best for your pets.

2) What dates and times you will anticipate being gone. We will need to know what time of day you are leaving and returning as well.

After we get your initial information, the pet sitter who will be caring for your pets will call you to set up a time to meet you and your pets in your home.  This is called the "Meet and Greet" and is provided as a free service.  During this visit, the pet sitter will obtain much more information to aid in caring for your pets and will also get to meet the pets and the pets will get to meet her too!

At the initial Meet and Greet, your pet sitter will ask you many questions. In addition to obtaining information, you will need to be prepared to provide us with the following:

1) She will request at that time that you provide 2 keys to your home, one for the pet sitter to keep and one to keep in the office.  That way we will be assured to have access to your home no matter what!   If you provide only one key,  we will make a copy and return to verify it works for a $20 charge. If you do not provide the key at the initial visit, we will need to charge to pick up the keys prior to beginning your visits.

2) She will also ask that you provide us with payment for the time you will be away.  This can be paid by check, or on-line with debit/credit card.  Payment must be provided before service will be guaranteed.

After the pet sitter leaves your home following the meet and greet you should be set up for your visit!  We will come out to the house as agreed upon, and you will have notes detailing our visits daily!  When you get back, we ask that you call us, so we can document that you're back and the pets are once again well cared for!
